How Much Are the Cartridges?
I have a really nice little printer and although it is not the best photo printer, I am quite happy with its performance for everything else. Imagine my dismay when I had to replace the black ink cartridge and was informed that the price was just under half of what I had paid for the entire printer. I don’t even want to know what the replacement cost is for the colour cartridges. So now I find myself in a bit of a dilemma. Should I go for broke and replace all the cartridges or should I cut my losses and buy a new, more up to date printer that can handle pictures better? My other option is to have the cartridges refilled. They don’t last as long but they are a lot cheaper. Either way I do not want to be stuck with new cartridges if my printer breaks and then I have wasted the money.
